Stunning house on Deal Lake with a spacious deck only feet from the water. The house is positioned with panoramic lakes views and complete privacy from the street. The serene location is perfect for quiet meals on the deck and private relaxation in the built-in hot-tub overlooking the water.
The house is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Asbury Park, and less than a mile from the beach and Asbury Park Boardwalk. It was completely renovated in 2012 to include hardwood flooring, two luxurious spa-like bathrooms, a high-end gourmet kitchen, spacious entertainment areas, three bedrooms and an office. The first floor has two guest bedrooms (one king and one queen size bed), a full bathroom with quadruple rain shower, kitchen, dining, living and sun rooms boosting panoramic lake views in three directions. The lakeside terrace, accessible through oversize glass sliding doors from the living room and the sun room, is complete with a dining table for ten and a brand-new built-in hot tub for seven.
The entire second floor provides the privacy of a spacious master bedroom with a custom-made larger than king (106”) bed, a full bathroom with rain shower and tub, and a spacious office providing a comfortable and peaceful work environment should you bring your work with you. The office can also be used as a fourth bedroom if needed with inflatable mattresses. We provide two full size inflatable mattresses, including all necessary bedding and linens, for this purpose. Full laundry facilities are located in the basement.
Although the home has a very warm and cozy feeling, it is very modern with amenities such as built-in speakers and sound system throughout, recessed/dimmable lighting, and dual zone A/C temperature controls. This is truly a place that is secluded enough to give you complete privacy on the lake, yet within walking distance to the famous Asbury Park boardwalk and the exciting nightlife that Asbury Park has to offer. Also included during your stay are 2 kayaks for use on the lake, and five bicycles to easily get around town.
The house sleeps 6 people in regular beds in three bedrooms. For larger groups, the office can be used as a fourth bedroom together with inflatable mattresses. We provide two full size inflatable mattresses, including all necessary bedding and linens, for this purpose.

Summary: We spent 6 weeks enjoying this amazing lakeside house this summer and I cannot say enough about how enjoyable our time was. The ground floor has inspiring views of the lake which makes time spent in the kitchen and sunroom feel like time outside. The deck overlooking the lake was wonderful for enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner and the hot tub made for memorable summer evenings. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable, as was the office (and lake views made time spent working much more enjoyable). The proximity to the beach made trips back and forth to the beach easy (very easy to bike as well) and we spent most of each weekend there. Amenities throughout the house were all in excellent order and condition. I certainly am looking forward to staying there again and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy a trip to Asbury park.

Summary: Having a friend who lives in Asbury Park I was familiar with the vibrancy of the town, great restaurants and walkable streets but I never knew what a gem Deal Lake was. Bami and Ola were great hosts. They provided us with a great renter info packet on the house and amenities and made check in and check out easy and flexible. The inside of the house is modern, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were a family of 5 adults and everyone had room to relax and there is a beautiful office space that my son used for remote work. The BEST part is the house is situated such that you have a lot of privacy and you have unimpeded views from almost all the rooms of Deal Lake. With the adjoining deck you felt like you are right on the water. The Lake is tranquil and beautiful. We used the hot tub, watched all types of birds traverse the lake and used their kayaks to explore the lake and it's many inlets. The stay was so relaxing and restorative. I would say the only negative is the access driveway to the house is very narrow, there are only 3 bedrooms so we had to use an air mattress for my one son and I wish the provided bikes had been in better condition. Other then that the it's a hidden gem. Thanks Bami and Ola

Summary: Owners of the property went above and beyond for detailed instructions on how things work and operate at the property. Communication prior to and throughout the stay was seamless if something was amiss or we had questions about our stay, they were able to answer our questions within a short amount of time. This made the entire trip that much more enjoyable that we didn't have to stress or wonder about these types of things. The property has a gorgeous lakefront view in the mornings and evenings. The surrounding area is quiet and is located an easy biking or driving distance from the beach. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and would absolutely return if the property is available for booking.

Summary: The neighborhood is as fantastic for family that needs and loves diversity. The house has a fantastic views and access to a beautiful lake that is not swimmable. We kayaked and used the hot tub and had wonderful mornings and evenings and afternoons so n the deck. Kitchen was great it was wonderful

Summary: Bami and Ola were perfect hosts and very communicative. The home was very clean and had everything you would ever need. The view from everywhere was just amazing. Parking on the street was very easy and very close the the beach. The bikes and kayaks were very nice to have as well. I would highly recommend a stay here.
